Main facility processes include scrap metal receiving and storage, scrap metal processing (shearing, cutting, briquetting, and baling), and briquette and scrap metal shipping. Substances that require reporting for 2014 include Manganese (and its compounds), PM10 and PM2.5. Manganese is assumed to be a component of the carbon steel (mild) and cast iron scrap that is processed at the site.
